Facility Condition Assessments
As one of our core services, we approach the evaluation of a building or portfolio of facilities systematically to understand their physical condition, performance and risk. The goal is to identify deficiencies, forecast capital needs, and support informed decision-making for maintenance, renewal, and long-term asset planning.
Facility condition assessments can be required for many valid reasons including energy audits, preparation for major renovations, change-in-use feasibility studies, capital planning, transactional due diligence for insurers or financing companies, reserve fund studies. Government mandated reserve fund studies for condominiums, pre-delivery inspections and end-of -warranty inspections are other specialized forms of building condition assessment offered by Infin8.
Facility condition assessments are essential for asset managers, building owners and property managers to understand the overall condition of their assets and supports informed decision-making for maintenance, renewal, and long-term capital planning.
Although Infin8 has standard templates and costing resources, our assessors will customize our service and report to meet the Client’s needs. The number and specific expertise of the assessors will similarly be customized to suit the project.
